Terms and Conditions
WALK YOUR PLANS NWA, LLC –
STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
These Terms & Conditions govern all service agreements between Walk Your Plans NWA, LLC (“WYP NWA”) and the undersigned client (“Client”). By scheduling a session, purchasing a membership, or otherwise using our services, the Client agrees to the following:
1. Use of Projection Space
Client is granted temporary access to WYP NWA’s projection space solely for the purpose and duration stated in the associated service agreement. No lease or tenancy rights are conferred.
2. Payment Terms
All fees are due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Unpaid or overdue balances may result in canceled sessions and may be subject to late fees and collection costs, including legal fees.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice for a full refund. No-shows or cancellations under 48 hours are non-refundable. WYP NWA reserves the right to reschedule or cancel for any reason, including technical malfunctions or emergencies.
4. Damages & Liability
Client is financially responsible for any damage caused to the projection surface or studio by the Client or their guests. WYP NWA is not liable for personal injuries or property loss occurring in or around the projection space.
5. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
All proprietary technology, display methods, and operational workflows remain the property of WYP NWA. Client agrees not to copy, record, reproduce, or disclose our systems, designs, or trade practices.
6. Indemnification
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless WYP NWA, its owners, agents, and affiliates from any claims arising out of misuse, negligence, or failure to comply with these Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WYP NWA’s liability is limited to the total fees paid by the Client. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Force Majeure
WYP NWA is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, utility failures, internet outages, illness, or government regulations.
9. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Benton County, Arkansas.
